The Story Behind Productivity Powerhouse
I started this blog because I kept having the same conversations with fellow project managers, product owners, and delivery leads who were all circling the same questions. How do you keep stakeholders aligned when priorities shift every other week? How do you actually make agile work inside a large enterprise, not just in theory but in the messy, cross-functional reality where deadlines compete and nobody has enough resource? I’d spent years figuring those things out the hard way, and I realized the most valuable lessons never came from textbooks. They came from the failures, the late-night pivots, and the conversations nobody writes about.
Productivity Powerhouse is where I share those lessons. Every post comes from real experience, real projects, and real teams. No generic advice. No recycled frameworks. Just honest reflections from someone who’s been in the trenches of program delivery for over 17 years.
What I Bring to the Table
My career has taken me across telecom, technology, and enterprise consulting from managing loyalty programs for millions of customers in South Asia to leading large-scale platform migrations for global pharmaceutical companies. I’ve worked at every level of project complexity, from coordinating small agile squads to steering multi-region programs spanning North America and Europe.
Today, I lead enterprise modernization programs where the intersection of technology, change management, and human behaviour determines whether a project succeeds or quietly stalls. That intersection is what fascinates me most, and it’s the thread running through everything I write here.
What You’ll Find Here
I write about project management, product thinking, agile delivery, data analytics, AI in project workflows, and the soft skills that don’t get talked about enough — like managing decision fatigue, building trust across distributed teams, and knowing when to push back on scope creep. Every post is a narrative essay grounded in personal experience, not a listicle you’ll forget by tomorrow.
If you’re a PM professional looking for practical wisdom from someone who’s lived it, or if you’re just starting out and want to learn from real stories instead of theory, you’re in the right place.
Beyond the Blog
When I’m not managing programs or writing about delivery, you’ll find me on a mountain somewhere. I’ve completed the Everest Base Camp trek, Annapurna Circuit, and several high-altitude expeditions across South Asia. The parallels between mountaineering and program management are uncanny, both require preparation, resilience, and knowing when to push forward versus when to wait for the weather to clear.
I’m also currently deepening my French language skills as part of a longer-term personal goal, and I continue investing in cloud and change management certifications because I genuinely believe the best project leaders never stop learning.
